Returns Policy
If your product is faulty, damaged in transit, or missing, please contact us within 5 working days of your order date, by e-mail or phone to arrange a return and replacement of the product or a refund of the faulty items.
CASH | LASH will not exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which we dispatched it.
You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and you must provide Proof of Posting. We do not offer a refund of the cost of the goods you are returning. Please return the items to the address given on the website along with a note of your, full name, order number and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the account charged within 7-14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Faulty Items
We will not be held responsible for products that are deemed to be faulty through incorrect use. If you believe a product is to be faulty you will be required to return them to CASH | LASH for testing. If found to be faulty we will consider the amount to be refunded judging by the use of the items. If not found to be faulty CASH | LASH will return the items to you.
